AFusion is a startup IT company, also a subsidiary of IMT Solutions with more than 300 employees into enterprise robotic process automation. AFusion offers the only unified platform on the market which encompasses Hyper Automation and Intelligent Document Process (IDP).
AFusion specializes in invoice processing and paperwork automation, freeing up your team’s valuable time and resources with their AI-powered ‘virtual bots’ instead of your staff.

Challenges
Lack of resources. AFusion has under 10 employees in which 1 junior sales person and no in-house marketing team, which makes it difficult for them to build a solid Go-to-Market strategy and generate leads for their sales team.
Need for scaling. The client expressed interest in expanding into the SEA market, focusing on Vietnam and Thailand, yet they had limited resources to achieve this goal.
Unpredictable sales patterns. While there were occasional new opportunities, they were not consistent. The team required a way to project their potential revenue and ensure a steadier flow of clients.
Long sales cycles and diverse local invoicing systems. The complex decision-making in financial and professional services has impacted our sales.
Solutions
Focus on retail and professional services by offering multilingual solutions. Global brands often face challenges with complex accounting systems that require different languages, which is why we emphasize Afusion's standout feature: automatic multilingual conversion and
Leverage the established reputation of their parent company, IMT Solutions, which boasts a substantial portfolio of major clients in retail and finance.
Based on referrals. We provided AFusion with guidelines and recommended that they form a partnership with a local accounting software provider in Vietnam, such as Misa.
Intent-based campaigns segmented by industry. Initially, the results from our campaigns were underwhelming, prompting us to pivot towards professional service sector. However, we later returned to explore additional ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within the retails and financial sectors, which ultimately led to promising opportunities and favorable client feedback.
Update their Sales Materials. We collaborated with them to establish comprehensive sales materials, as they previously had no LinkedIn presence, introductory video, presentation deck, or brochure. Our efforts included the development of these essential resources, the creation of a LinkedIn content calendar, and the facilitation of 1-2 training sessions for their sales personnel.
Results
29 highly qualified appointments were booked in 3 months.
The average open rate reached as high as 34%, while the reply rate was around 12%.
Several potential clients with 50-200 employees were converted into deals and contract negotiation stage in different ASEAN territories including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore.
